Pendulum Swing is a original superhero RPG set in alternate timeline of 1978. Based in New York City, the Guardsmen have formed for the third time to restore their good name and bring peace to the crime ridden city. To retaliate criminals have developed their own breed of villains. Capes, cowls and masks are slowly rising up from the ashes and become normal.
